I had never had a bad experience here until today. I placed an order and not even 2 minutes later, I called to edit one thing in the order. First, the phone rang until the busy signal sounded off. I called once again and someone finally answered. I explained that I had JUST placed an order for pickup and needed to know if I could change one thing. The woman who answered had me hold while she asked someone else. They muttered about it for less than 10 seconds, and guess what? No one returned to the phone. They left me on the phone while they worked and talked to one another about other things. I stayed on hold for 9 minutes before I decided to hang up. I called back thrice, and the busy signal resounded each time. They didn't even bother to put the phone back on the hook. I'm not even mad. But, I am thoroughly disappointed and feel exceedingly disrespected. I easily spent $40 on this one order and the alteration I was making wasn't going to change the monetary amount at all. I would have even accepted being told, "No, we cannot make any changes." But, no one followed up! I will do my very best to find a different Captain D's next time. I hope others have a much better experience than I. UPDATE: The food (that was delivered) was great, though. AND, they gave me a lot of sauce.

Tralicia was our drive thru cashier. The line was slow (probably because it is Spring break for the local University), but once we got to the window, she was very personable and sweet. She made us feel that we were the only people in the line. The food was delicious! I have problems with rancid grease, but had NO problem here. Thanks for the good experience!

I don't plan on returning. Gas is too high to sit in unexpected drive thru lines at fast food restaurants. I usually cook but was on the go this particular day. Not only did I waste time and gas my food order was wrong i wasn't about to sit in a long line again to attempt to get it right again.

The young lady Tralicia is a GOD sent employee. Very polite, patient and kind... I had just left the store on Finley and the service was like day and night. Some people don't need to serve a dog.

Terrible lunch!! Line was long and slow in the drive thru so you'd think you would get a hot lunch? Wrong!!! When I got back to my office I discovered 2 tiny pieces of greasy fish, fries, and hushpuppies from a lukewarm/cold 2 piece fish dinner that cost close to $8! To be fair, I have gotten decent food at this location many times b4 but this time left something to be desired. It'll be a while b4 they will see my face again!

Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Dining area was clean. Food was hot, service could have been faster. One Ketchup pump container was out, the other clearly marked ketchup but had cocktail sauce in it. Out of Dr Pepper and out of Sprite. Aside from that, it was a pleasant trip. Will patronize again.

Horrible, my fiance and I went around 7or 8 they close at 10. We felt like that was a good time to go its not too close to closing. We sat in line for awhile we got nothing. So we finally get to window we order at window. They direct us to parking ok kool. Why it took roughly an hr and 30 plus minutes for a 3 piece and blackened meal...We got ta calling asking questions. Waited so long I had to use the ladies room. They talking lobby close. Like serious mode. Fr? Yet they were getting fam dropped off having a family catch up moment. So they sent another employee I guess to ask a question, cause at this point bae wanted a refund. I replied with I just have to use ladies room. In my head we just spent over 30 dollars with this company. I can't take a rest here. You can receive my money though. I/we/you(maybe) won't be returning to this location Its hard enough out here for my color why its always that same color given me the hard enough time smlh thanks for reading this yall I preciate you
