Waffle House

Well the experience was ok until we received terrible customer service from Mrs.Dee.. attitude was terrible, mouth is super rude, and just made the experience so terrible..the other lady and guy was fine and made our food perfect. She was so worried about a tip when we first walked in the door. Me and my people tip great everywhere we go.. that business is going to get many more complaints if she don’t change her attitude. But yea that’s my experience

IF I could rate no stars I would. My brother and I walk in and it was pike we were invisible for at least 20 minutes. Most all available tables were not even plate cleared yet. Then one of the waitresses started cleaning off a table so we go n sit down while she is in process of cleaning it off and she gets rude with us. She is like this table is not cleaned off yet... I'm gonna tell you i have worked for Waffle House for MANY years in the past, like 20 to 25 years and NEVER have I EVER seen one of their stores treat people this way EVER! I have had people at the same store.. Where I actually started at this exact store... And one booth and all the low bar was piled up with go boxes and stuff for go orders INSTEAD of eat-in people. I DON'T see HOW these waitresses are even making ANY money AT ALL!!!!

service was just passable, place was dirty, one customer had three children that were excessively noisy and running around the restaurant disturbing customers and left the biggest mess I ever saw. The manager should have controlled that problem, it ruined what should have been a nice experience for me and the other guests. The food was hot and good, exactly as I ordered. I understand that woman comes every Wednesday and that they always act like that. I certainly will never go there on Wednesday again.

Initially pulled up to order by phone & workers wouldn’t answer. Went inside it took 10mins to get acknowledged & then Valerie has a very unpleasant demeanor. If you are working in customer service it’s key that you have a generally pleasant attitude when working with the public. Hopefully that negativity doesn’t transfer over to the food.

I went at like 2 am, customer tried to fight one of the employees over basically nothing, made the visit akward, took forever for my food, the waitress seemed to be having a rough night probably due to all the yelling from what I'm guessing was the manager, food was good, the waffle was the best waffle I've ever had. I would have LOVED if I got my coffee like while I was waiting because I was there for what seemed like an hour.
