Domino's Pizza

The customer service with the Manager on Feb 12,2022 was bad. My order was wrong. I asked for a credit. . He said he would give the credit. I missed understood what he said. I told him I missed understood. He said that's what happen when people are not listening. I told him people make mistakes and what he said was poor customer service.

This was the worst pizza I have ever gotten from a domino's, in the over thirty years I have eaten there pizza. I have had some over cooked, bottom burnd, to grease. I have even gotten a couple I had to put back in the oven. But this was the worst for me. I had two 5 topping large pizza's that had a sprinkle of toppings. And I do mean a sprinkle. I do know what that was about, but I belive I am going to another domino's from now on. I didn't get what I paid for, in my opinion. If my wife wasn't so hungry, I would have taken them back and got my money back. For us it was ridiculous.

I had an order here Saturday for a delivery and the time that was quoted did not match up with the time that we were waiting. I called the restaurant to see what was taking so long and they said it was very busy and they were behind on all orders. I decided to cancel the delivery and come into the store. The manager on duty was very accommodating and was willing to offer us the pizzas for free and a credit to come into the store again. The pizza was hot and made to my liking.
