Arrived at 8:45, several employees saw us out on the patio and didn’t say anything when we went to order at 8:55 they said their system was down and I asked when it would be back up and they said not tonight and that they are closed. A lady came out the door while we were thinking where else we could go and asked if we were trying to order and we told her what had happened. She took our order 5 minutes past closed and got our food out to us. This lady was on her way to her car already off the clock and still had customer service. Ordered 2x supersonic burrito, they only put meat and cheese on them. Bacon Breakfast toaster with no cheese for whatever reason. This is after I wait close to 20min to order and have been greeted once already and had to push the button again. Keep in mind they were not really busy at all, I saw a total of 5 cars in the parking lot that I believed to be customers. Even had a car pull up next to me, order almost immediately then get their order and leave before I was ever spoken to once. I thought the stall might have been broken but then the lady comes through clear as day and heard me perfectly fine when I finally did order as it appeared on the screen exactly as I said it. I don't care what you do for a living, but you should take pride in any job you have.
Paid over 8 dollars for 2 burritos that should of had potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos in them.
Very unprofessional all around, I don't recommend this location at all.

I can see why the rating is so low. I just began trying Sonic and I will not be going back at least not to this one. I went one time and waited almost 20 mins with the button pressed cars pulled in and was back out with their food so I know I wasn’t going crazy. I left that day and was like whatever maybe that particular speaker I was at didn’t work properly. So a couple days ago I said let me try again, I went and timed it this time.. I pressed the button at 3:23 it was 3:47 when I finally got an answer, I waited so long just to see if I was the crazy one. Mind you they answered me after the car next to me pulled in and they ordered then she moved to me.. So I’m like ok strike 2.. NEVER AGAIN!! I completely see why this location’s rating is 3. whatever. Sonic has got to do better.

Ordered in the app immediately before arriving at the restaurant, & checked in within one minute of completing the order. I knew they were short-staffed, so I expected a wait of maybe 10-12 minutes. When the carhops started serving cars on my right (customers that arrived after I did) I started to get worried, but not too much since it looked like all of those cars only ordered drinks & not food. After passing by me multiple times, and making eye contact with me on at least a couple of those trips, neither of the carhops on duty asked me if I had ordered or if I needed help with anything. After more than 30 minutes of waiting I had to press the order button on the menu board to find out what was up with my order. The young lady who finally brought my order to me was not one of the two carhops that I had been seeing the entire time I was parked there. She was very nice & she was apologetic about the mix-up and that I had to wait so long. The food was hot at least, instead of being something that had been sitting around the kitchen for half an hour.

Wish I could give them zero stars! I pressed the button 3 times then realized I sat there over 40 minutes looking on social media. I called to talk to the manager and all she could say was “I understand I’m sorry”, no solution or anything to accommodate. Let’s not add the first 5 minutes I stood at a walk up speaker just to find out they answer those after they do the cars! I haven’t been there in over a year and now I remember why. Customer service is trash and half the speakers don’t work! Pitiful!

The service was extremely slow and the staff was rude. I do believe everyone needs to calm down and they are taking everything to the extreme. I simply got out of my car to take pictures of Sonic, and within 2 minutes of me sitting back in my car waiting for my order I was accosted by, I'm not sure if it was an employee or someone who is here as a patron. He wanted to know why I was taking pictures of people's cars. Well unless his car was parked on the roof or in the sky then I'm not sure why he thought I was taking pictures of cars because all the angles that I have on the pictures are toward the sky or toward a brick wall, etc. All I'm trying to do is just review a place, take some pictures, and go about my business and my day. Usually, I do inform the staff or whoever is working at whatever business I'm reviewing to let them know why I'm taking pictures. Unfortunately, there was no employee around and since it was painfully obvious to anyone else that was in the parking lot as to what I was doing I really didn't see it necessary for me to inform people that I was taking pictures of Sonic. However, if I wanted to take pictures of people's cars and them sitting eating their dinner I am more within my right to do so.. It irritates me that just because I'm a fish out of water in this particular neighborhood, that automatically everyone assumes that I'm doing something underhanded or sneaky or inappropriate. As we all know, all I'm trying to do is shed light on certain businesses that I happen to frequent and enjoy the food. Like my profile says, I give credit where credit is due and I'll tell people like it is. It has been a while since I have been profiled and since I have been felt so alienated when all I'm doing is waiting on my food and trying to help a business. Actually, I'm quite saddened by the occurrence that happened today. Needless to say, if I am to ever eat at Sonic again this location on the Roebuck Parkway will not receive any more of my money. Thank you for showing your true colors today and for not making me feel welcome.

I ordered a chocolate oreo milkshake with hot fudge this is a vanilla oreo milkshake with hot fudge. But what really set me off was when I got home I noticed the cherry was bit in half. This is nasty, very unsanitary, immature, and unprofessional. I called up to the sonic and they told me it was frozen and it broke. They didn't offer any reimbursement or anything.

I stopped by for a quick breakfast. The french toast sticks were good. The cold brew coffee was terrible.🤮 I think someone mixed coffee and carbonated water together.
