The worst wraps I've ever had in my entire life. Don't get me wrong, maybe some people will disagree with me, but I am basing this off my first experience. I've never had them before, but my fiance' used to eat at their place in Mobile faithfully, and he would always brag to me about how good they were. As much as I love him, I must disagree with even him about this. My fiance' and I spent over $30 in this place and the best thing we had were the chocolate chip cookies and Doritos, and we could've gotten those at any corner store within a 10-mile radius, and for way less than what we spent there. Their caramel brownie was awful! I could have baked something better out of the box myself. I ended up throwing a lot of food away. Granted, he did say the one in Mobile is a 1000 times better, and perhaps so. I just won't be back!

I went today for the first time. And I must say the customer service I got was amazing. I don't know if this is what everybody gets all the time, but it definitely took me by surprise and I'll be back. I even complimented the guy on his service and he said, "Mama wouldn't have it any other way!" The salad I got was amazing and the price point was great. Thank yall again!

Sundqy, March 10 2019...large pre-order for 12pm pickup. In town for dance competition, placed large order well ahead of time. Got there and they said they didnt get the order (even though it had already been confirmed on the phone the day before). They were very rude and clearly didnt need or want business. Orders were messed up and items left out all together. Food was marginal at best and wraps especially, were soggy. Do NOT place to go orders here and DEFINITELY NOT large to go orders. Maybe the woman on duty was simply hung over(?) ...but she was had absolutely no customer service skills! If it hadnt been a Sunday down town, and we didnt have a very large and very hungry dance team, I can assure you we would have (and will in the future) take our business elsewhere. Ughhh... too much trouble to deal with this place... absent of gracious customer service, hardly any meat on most items and soggy wraps.

Watch them make the ‘nachos’. It’s a 99 cent bag of chips (and that’s by itself if they’re buying in bulk probably a 40 cent bag of chips) and two slices of cheese. They charge 4 dollars for it. Margins are like 350% on that. They also do all the sandwiches by weight and do such a small amount of meat you barely know it’s there. If you like meat, or just a decent deal, I wouldn’t go here.

Seems like new management took over this location and made questionable changes. Employees (twice as many as last time) try to take your tray with food still on it. It wasn't even busy but they're still trying to get us out faster. Not sure if these changes are everywhere so I'll check out another location before I write this off as a loss. Definitely not going to the downtown location again.
