Milo's Hamburgers

Manager is horrible! After I paid for 3- piece Chicken Tender Combo & a #5 Mega Meal Double Cheese Burger with no onions & no mega fry. I made sure I repeated my order again because I wanted to make sure it was correct and the order was still wrong. When I called to complain about driving home and opening up my food and it was wrong. After I gave her my order and stated that they gave me a regular fry but I ordered a Mega Meal. She goes on to say we don’t even sell regular fries. What type of manager don’t apologize right away for their mistake. Let me tell you what should have been said but wasn’t. “Ma’am I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. When you return I will make sure your order is correct. This was a mistake on our end and we want to fix it.” But No! Companies are hiring anyone that will clock in bad customer service and all. The US companies lose 1.9 Billion a year because of bad customer service. This has to be fixed immediately because it’s a real problem. I posted pictures and my receipt so I can make sure they see I was here and I have the receipt.

Last time I was there and I mean last I got food poisoning.. myself and my wife both threw up for 2 days not to mention the onion peel that my girl found in hers . I contacted them thru email on there web page and never got any reply back.. Looking back at the pics I can see it's still raw.. Bad thing I ate the rest of my girls burger too.... Do to food poisoning I lost a $1000 job cause I couldn't get off the toilet. Can't go meet a customer with a puke bag In hand..

I ordered a mega meal, and I asked for extra onions and asked them to put the extra on the side and they didn’t put any onions on the burger at all, plus they don’t sell lemon pies any more. The food was cold and no salt on the hard over cooked fries, the least these restaurants could consider is that this is our hard earned money that we are spending at these places. And we want good quality food.

Food was par for course with other locations, timing was definitely slower than other locations, sauces in containers were only about 25% filled, and generally disappointed that the milk shake machine was not working. Unsure why, but one could assume. Overall Milos has great food and is a wonderful chain to eat at, but this location is lacking behind others. Considering the overall chain, I will return to see if things have changed. Updates will be provided in the future if things improve or otherwise.

The burgers were totally disgusting with some type of barbecue sauce and then the fries are covered in some type of cheesy powder. The cashier had the biggest attitude and I could tell she noticed I was weary about their menu. So after all four of us ordered and took a seat she stared at me the whole time. She seen I was upset about the food and I was thinking about asking for my $40 back. I threw my food away n everyone didn't eat a lot either. What's going on with all these fast food locations???? We all pay big money at these place then have to deal with attitudes n messed up orders or food. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!!!!

We usually love Milos but tonight was terrible the lil girl w the nasty attitude in the window was very rude and very mean and a little bit racist not going to lie also the food I had ordered it a certain way the ticket on the bag said that it was made that certain way it most certainly was not, on top of that both of our onions on our cheeseburgers were not ripe so much so that we were both nauseous about half way through... Again we love love Milos! Very disappointed this time though😔
