I like the Crestline Village location. Friendly Staff, Clean restaurant, good food. There's a lunch menu from 11 am until 3 pm. Very reasonable prices and alot of food. Door Dash Customers love to order here almost everyday. So get ready to be beyond full 🌝.

Walked in and ordered takeout. Food was ready in less than fifteen minutes, hot and fresh. I'm pretty picky about my Chicken Lo Mein and I enjoyed their version quite a bit. I would recommend this restaurant.

Ate here for lunch. The server was kind and gave great suggestions when I asked for help as I was overwhelmed with the menu. The food arrived relatively quick and was so delicious.

Worst food ever! I ordered broccoli and rice and my broccoli was full of oil water and bugs.. I saw more than 3 bugs when opened my broccoli and I threw it away. Waste of money . Will never go back.

I ordered food to go from this establishment. The Hot and Sour soup tasted what sewage smells like. Completely inedible. Got Vegetable fried rice but it was like ‘Where’s Waldo’ to find a few broccoli florets, 4-5 tiny snow peas and about 1/4 of a scrambled egg. The Kung Pau shrimp was a 2 - 3 out of 10. And I had to pay extra sauce. I have never ever paid for extra sauce, hot mustard and tiny packets of soy sauce. But I spent almost $7 for the sauces, which ended up being only 1/2 of what I ordered. The best thing was the sticky white rice. It is a HUGE chain. It was the worst Chinese food that I have ever had. I wonder if the people who like it so much have weak senses of taste. And, lastly, they are ripping diners off, as everything is way over priced because of their location.

THE. BEST. Chinese food in Bham. Lots of these negative reviews have nothing to do with the food - if you want absolutely delicious Chinese food this is the place to get it. Szechuan chicken is my favorite.

Excellent service, quality of food, and preparation for takeout! We are very selective where we eat and Chen Express gets tops marks from us. Our favorites are chicken sizzling rice (for a healthy option!)
