Usually it’s pretty hard to seem disrespectful through a drive thru speaker but today’s experience proved me wrong. Not only was the cashier rude but she also proved that she wasn’t listening by getting almost every aspect of the order wrong. Being short staffed is no excuse to not hold your employees to any standard of kindness or excellence. Next time, I think I’ll just make the drive to Vestavia Hills.

Lights out at drive thru and all doors locked to dining room one hour before closing. Employees allowing friends to visit inside and chit chat and visit at tables and leaving 2 people behind the counter. Nothing but cash accepted and no salads. Took over 40 minutes to get through the line. Attitudes and young kids working inside arguing with each other.

My husband waited in the drive thru line for about 45min to 1hr on a Monday night. He arrived at the drive thru at about 9:30 but didn't place his order until 10pm. After he placed his order they made him pull to the side and wait another 20min. Once he got our food it was not hot and fresh as you would think it should be since he was told to pull to the side. My toast look like it had been bitten out of, the fries were soft and my wings were warm and soft. The night time service at this Zaxbys is lacking severely. They need to fire all the night staff before they run the business into the ground. We will be contacting corporate because this is ridiculous.
