Starbucks

Inconsistent beverage taste here. I bought here many times but I never get the right taste as I used to drink because sometime too sweet but sometime no taste. However, I am a customer of Starbucks at Hill student center as well but there is stable taste and always delicious. So, I think Barista of Starbucks at Sterne library need to be trained.

I ordered a double chocolaty chip with almond milk and affogato shots. I watched them use an already used pitcher in which they used whole milk (which I can’t drink because I’m lactose intolerant) that they didn’t clean..: they put almond milk in it so I had a mixed milk drink... and they threw shots into the blender instead of on the top as affogato shots are. They didn’t even put the mocha drizzle on the top as a double chocolaty chip should be... I was already late as it was so I just left but they really need to be trained better on how to make drinks. For how busy they are I have no problem with the time it took as someone that works in food service but they really need to be mindful of allergies and the quality of their beverages.

I love ordering on Grub Hub 20 minutes before I go and pick up. When I get the the coffee was finished, but my spinach feta wrap was no where to be seen. I stopped Maritza and asked where it was. She walked and away and never gave me a response. The service is terrible, slow, inconsistent and the staff is rude

This place has very inconsistent beverage quality. You must be on the lookout for baristas that are knowledgeable enough to make anything minutely complex. The staff is nice and full of energy. This combination makes for a welcoming atmosphere so long as you are willing to suffer a bad drink or three.
