Went to this Burger King for the first time in a long time since they seem to be closed more than they are open. Pulled up to the drive-thru at approximately 9:30 p.m. and sat behind another car for about 10 minutes before pulling around. I got an employee's attention at the window and they informed me that they were about to close and we're not taking any orders. I told them, The line at the drive-thru was 6 to 8 cars waiting and they were not answering at the order board. Sad to see this location, as any other, not having employees to work.
Update: went to this location again at about 7:15 p.m. because it was the closest location to make a mobile order. We chose dine in as the option and when we arrived we walked into the lobby and we're told we had to leave because customers were not allowed in the restaurant. We went back outside and drove to the drive-thru. Then sat at the drive thru order board for over 5 minutes. I gave up and drove to the drive-thru window. We saw several employees walking around but could not get their attention. I even blew the car horn. Finally someone made eye contact through the window and came to ask what we wanted. I tried to explain as politely as possible what the situation was and that we just wanted to pick up our mobile orders. It took about 10 more minutes before we finally got our food. The hamburgers were dry, not appealing, all the food was cold. It is sad that they treat customers that way. On top of that, it was one of the nastiest drive-thrus I have gone to.

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, considering EVERYWHERE pretty much working in the trenches these days. First encounter last year, I had to pull around to the window because no one answered the speaker. Second encounter months later, they didn't have what I purchased through mobile app. However, the guy was kind enough to give me something else kudos for that. THIS LAST TIME and I mean LAST TIME. Got to the restaurant and again speaker isn't working, drove around to the window waited a while. Someone finally walked up, waving me off and I pointed to my ear meaning I cant hear. She opened the window and I said what time do you all open? That lady said "WHEN I FEEL LIKE IT". I said excuse me? She said I just got here "6:58". So probably 7:30. I got right on the phone and called corporate because this is unacceptable.

This location is in need of a makeover. And is always under staffed. But like many restaurants after the pandemic finding employees seems to be a task... But during my visit today the drive thru menu board was a total wreck and broken. The employees weren't in a hurry to do anything. Thumbs up to the crew that's trying to keep this place up and going...

I went thru the drive thru I ordered 3 burgers when I got my food and got home I didn't have all 3 burgers went back and the manager was very rude and disrespectful when I told her that they left out a burger she said that I needed to bring the bag back. I told her that my kids had already ate their burgers she got very rude and when she finally gave me my burger she just shoved the bag it the window didn't make sure contact or anything and commented to another worker she was not doing this all today. I was very polite to her. So I will not be going back because they don't know how to treat their customers.

Waited 25 minutes JUST to order, then waited another 15 minutes for food, fries weren't hot, burgers were barely warm, had this same issue a year ago and decided to give them a try again, well, don't waste your time

Was asked to hold on a minute when I pulled up to order. Waited at the drive thru almost 10 minutes. Never received service. Apparently the doors were locked to the inside also so people were getting back in their cars and leaving.

Y'all seriously!? I had great expectations for the impossible whopper but my choice of location has spoiled the experience. The burger was ok but had a burnt taste. More troubling was the general nastiness of the restaurant. Dirty counters, overflowing trash, messy floors and tables in the dining room, I could go on. It's 6:03pm, prime dinner time, and I'm the only one here! On a positive note the fries are fantastic. And the lady who took my order was pleasant.

I will never go here again. I went through the drive-thru a few days ago. Later that evening I checked my bank balance and saw they had charged me for my food and an ADDITIONAL $10.10 on a SEPARATE transaction. Thankfully I had asked for a receipt and had it. Both transactions cleared today so I went there today at lunch to get a refund for the other transaction. The “manager” told me she didn’t know how to process a refund and that I’d have to come back later to speak to a different manager. So I went back about an hour ago and was told by some young guy that the manager was out sick. Right. He said he’d call her, stepped away, then came back and told me she didn’t answer the phone. He asked if I could just dispute the transaction with my bank… which I will do Monday morning right before I call and report the incident to their corporate office and whoever runs that place. I can’t prove it, but I guarantee they are running a scam, thinking people won’t check their bank balances or ask for a receipt. Steer clear of this place.
