Awful!! EVERYTIME I get food from this location it is always an issue!!! Even with new employees it always manages to be a problem. First big issue was a few months ago, I ordered lunch via doordash for myself and coworkers. It was suppose to be two of the ten piece family meals. They sent a 2 piece fish dinner. When I took it back to get the rest of my meal the male manager informed me that they haven't had any doordash orders all day. Keep in mind they sent a 2 piece fish dinner via DOORDASH! So he proceeds to blame doordash. It could have been on them but you didnt accept any responsibility for anything and was very rude and nonchalant. I told him he never had to worry about me coming back. For a while I ordered from the Main street location in Trussville everything's expeditiously delivered as well as accurate. Never had an issue with them. I decided to go back to the parkway location a few days ago since it was raining instead of going to main street, I waited an hour in the drive through line. Food was correct but the wait was ridiculous!!! Went back two days later after I placed my order online for pick up. It said come in and skip ahead my meal should be ready within 15 mins. I waited in there an hour for a pick up order. I work in the food industry and I know everyone is short staffed but it is about communication and common courtesy. I promise I will NEVER be going back to this location ever!!! Not even for a free cup of water!!! It is horrible, awful, and is a poor excuse for customer service! Main street is my new location!!

WOW.....some restaurants get calling in complaining about there food being incorrect or tasteless, but I called in tonight and asked for the management, to let them know that they were doing a job tonight, my dinner was perfectly fresh, drive-thru cashier was very respectful, my experience tonight was mind blowing, I WILL BE BACK " TOMORROW "😂🤣
