Found a piece of hair in my meat wasn't done service was terrible if I had the gas I would have turned around and got my money back horrible experience

Worst Wendy’s ever. Don’t know why I keep trying, other than no other Wendy’s in the area. Guy was so rude in the drive thru and I asked for strawberry jelly but When I checked my bag he had given me ketchup! He just did t care and didn’t listen. I never have a good experience here. They are rude, always out of something, frosty machine never works, and they absolutely don’t care.

The Wendy's at the Arkadelphia exit really needs better management. I've tried numerous of times to use the drive thru and haven't been successful yet. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. HOW CAN THEY NOT HAVE BETTER MANAGEMENT. AND I HAVE REPORTED THIS.

Terrible..myself and a few other customers come in and Noone is there at the register.. its 9 p.m.. Noone for another 5 minutes .. then a customer yell ." Are yall open"?.... noone.. then out of nowhere an employee comes out the back.. no greeting , no smile..nothing and says " we in the middle of shift change and we ain't taking no orders for 35-25 minutes and walks back to where she came from.. mind you shes sloth walking as she's saying this to the customers but indirectly.. no I apologize orbwoukd yall like to was or nothing ... the customer service and fast food industry is dieing suddenly! Terrible!!!

Service is terrible...........waited at the drive thru forever,saw employees walking around,but no one said anything ........then she came to the mic and said "we having shift change..."...really....!!????? And the fries were cold..........just forget it......

The food was fantastic! Better than any other comparable fast food chain. The inside remodel is swanky. The staff was kind enough while my husband and I watched Bama beat Georgia on their flat screen. Lovely viewing experience. We will be back!

Stopped in for breakfast since friends recommended it. Ordered the maple bacon chicken biscuit. It was ok. It wasn't actually 'maple bacon' but bacon with syrup poured on. The potato wedges were GREAT though.
