I ordered at 8:46 pm last night. I was told that it would be delivered by 9:50 pm (which seems kinda lengthy for a Tuesday night). I received a text at 9:32 pm stating my order was out for delivery (mind you, I live less than a 1.5 miles from the store). At 9:55 ( 5 minutes after the quoted delivery time and 23 minutes after the text) I received a phone call from the driver. I could not understand him. It sounded like he was mumbling and slurring his words. I caught a few words. He made a joke about eating the pizza because he was lost. He was being very inappropriate. I told him where I lived and it sounded like he just didn't feel like looking. I HAD TO GET IN MY CAR and drive around the apartment complex looking for him. I tried to call him to see where he was at (10:05pm) and he sent me to his mailbox. I called the store and they were going to get in touch with the driver. At 10:22 pm, I got my food and it was cold, My pepsi was lukewarm, and there were no dipping sauces (I ordered wings, garlic knots and a cheese stuff crust pizza). No one offered to remake it. Absolutely ridiculous. I want my money back. You can tell in the pictures it's cold. The "stuffed crust" barely had cheese in it. There were three garlic knots that did not have cheese in them at all. I love Pizza Hut's food, but this is disappointing. I'll be going to Domino's or Papa John's from now on.

We placed our order at 5:40 with a 6:25 delivery time, we recieved our food at 7:05. We ordered a pizza, cheese sticks, wings, and cinnamon bites. Our order was almost an hour late and we live less than 1 mile from the store. The cinnamon bites looked terrible the frosting has a runny mess and they tasted even worse than they looked. Everything arrived cold. Was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever ordered.

If I could give them a zero I would! I’ve waited over 2 hours to receive my food. Once it was delivered it was COLD! I called the store and was only offered $10 credit towards another order. Which would probably be cold as well. I’ve used this location multiple times bc I try to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe they had a bad night. Every time I order it can’t be this horrible!! Spoke with a manager named Johnny whom only offered $10 off next order and to speak with his manager Tonya tomorrow. No offer to remake the pizza or anything. Never again!! This location needs to be shut down ASAP!!

Pizza was 2 hours late. Was offered a refund after calling numerous times with no help. When I asked how I would receive my refund, I was literally hung up on after the person on the phone said "I don't know". My tip was charged, but refund never processed. One time calling back days later I was told the computer said my refund had been processed and it would take 2 days to go through. Never did. Called back and they said there was no indication I was given a refund. Still haven't received it a month later. I have always loved Pizza Hut but this is completely unacceptable. I will not ever go here again.

Awful delivery place. The last time I ordered from this Pizza Hut location was several years ago and I swore to never use them again because on that fateful order years ago, it took them several HOURS to deliver a pizza.
Today, I took a chance and ordered online and specified that it should just be "left at the door". Well, apparently the delivery person couldn't understand that concept and because she couldn't get me to answer the door because I didn't happen to be there at the time she didn't leave my pizza. After calling and screaming at her equally brain dead colleagues, she finally brought and left the cold as clay pizza to my door. I won't make the mistake of ordering from this Pizza Hut again because they are freaking USELESS!

Just moved to the Hoover area. We loved our other local Hut and Sunday pizza is our thing. We will never order from this location again. Second week in a row we have waited 2 HOURS for delivery. We ordered at 8:20 PM. It's now 10oclock and still no pizza. The store said they called telling us it was going to be 2 hours. No one called. App definitely didn't tell us that when we ordered. Last time it was free, this time will be the last straw. Too many other options for pizza.

I'm at work which is about 15 minutes away from this location. I placed an order online at 12:18PM...I was told it would be here at 1:05PM. I called at 1:20PM and was told the delivery time was 2 hours...I asked to cancel and was told to call the main number. I called the main number and canceled and wouldn't you know my food conveniently showed up at 1:40PM. The brownie was burnt!! The pizza tasted like it had been sitting under a hot lamp for about an hour 😑😑. Needless to say I shan't make the mistake of ordering from this location again.
