We ordered our pizza online and the wrong pizza was delivered. We called the store directly, which then rolled to the call center. The representative asked if we wanted a reorder or a credit. No apology, just those 2 options. You got our order wrong, delivered half of it correctly, made us wait an additional hour to get our correct pizza, and those are our only 2 options? Is it an option to give negative stars?

This is an absolute dumpster fire of an establishment. I have never ordered a pizza from here that A. Tasted good (every pizza arrives dried out, like it’s been sitting in the box forever) B. Arrived in a even remotely timely manor (every time I order, it’s always incredibly late from the estimated time.) and C. They always have problems and they never seem to communicate (2 different times the oven has gone down, and 2 different times they’ve only had 1 driver). The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had was from here. We ordered pizza for us and some friends one time and it arrived 5 hours late. Totally unacceptable. I will never order from here again. Total waste of money.

We ordered as carryout recently and when I got to the store I was told they could deliver it for free since they were backed up. A little annoying having to drive up there and hear that news, but understandable. When the pizza arrived, after an hour and a half of waiting, the order was wrong. I called the store to inform them the order was wrong and that I would be on my way up there, they said they would put in the correct order. I get to the store and they had not put the order in as promised and the manager tried to blow it off that the order was actually correct and that I must have thought I put it in correctly online. I showed her the receipt and the pizza. She kept saying they were just really backed up, which I understand but it was sounding like it was somehow my fault. Finally after over 2 hours of waiting I get the pizza with no apology whatsoever. I will go out of my way to never order from this store again.

Its was good for a change. Nothing spectacular but decent. Me personally I can eat a frozen pizza and feel the same but happy wife happy life she loves it so i will continue to eat it. The customer service was great at this location as well and they were wearing mask.

So bad. Ordered a pizza online with an estimated 50 minute wait. 1 hour and 30 minutes later I called and the manager said it should have been delivered a while ago... He offered to rush me another. I had to ask for a refund. The "rush" pizza took 1 hour and 10 minutes.. 2 hours and 40 minutes for a room temperature squished on one side pizza. Soggy cinnamon toast crunch is a better experience than this place. I would know because that's what I had to eat instead of a nice hot pepperoni pizza.

I will never ever order from here again. The Domino's in town now has my permanent business.
-Awful food quality
-Atrocious customer service (rude etc)
-Even more rude if you call/walk in to order vs online ordering
-The staff will habitually lie about closing time/ estimated delivery times.
- Expanding on that, I don't mean 45-1hr. I mean management will say "sure you can place this order but it's gonna take us about 3 hours to get to you"
Pizza Hut corporate needs to take a very serious look at this specific location.
(ps, previous pizza hut lover here; as well as food service employee with over 10 yrs experience)

The orders are always missing something. The last three times we have ordered from this location we paid extra for more sauces and sides and they are never included. My pizza toppings have also been wrong on more than one occasion. Marco's will be our go-to pizza delivery from now on. Not worth your time or money.

By far the worst Pizza Hut I've ever ordered from. No one there or at corporate cares. I wish I could add photos to this post, because the pizza I waited for over 2 hours for, on two separate occasions, was totally disgusting and completely inedible. One time the pizza had a GIANT hole in the middle of it!! I called the store MULTIPLE times, the only answer I ever got was with the general ordering line who claimed they couldn't help me and kept transferring me back to the store; but when they don't answer, it automatically kicks to the general line...so of course I got NO WHERE. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION!!
