Is there any way I can give them negative, infinite stars??? First of all, let’s talk about the best customer service in all of Birmingham. I made a mobile order and I was told it was preparing. I went to the counter as soon as it was completed, they told me there was no more sandwiches left. How is it possible. How is it possible for a McDonald’s restaurant to run out of their main ingredient? Also, they have the decency to charge my card with a cheeseburger and small fries after I left the restaurant, which I didn’t even order. I will be uploading a screenshot. Do these people even get paid enough to feed themselves? Not only are they stealing money from their customers but they also, probably the reason why they ran out of sandwiches in first place.

If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband and I flew into Birmingham May 31, 2022 around 9:30 pm. We got to our hotel around 10:00 pm, unfortunately things close early around the airport and we were so hungry. I found this McDonald's that was only 4 minutes away from where we were staying and on Google it said they were open until 11 pm. Well we get in the car and make it there by 10:21 pm, we roll up to the drive thru and the screens are turned off and an employee gets on and says we are closed. I mention to them that online says they were open until 11 pm and of course got no response back. I mean it's McDonald's, fast food, you have employees shutting down early and just hanging out inside telling people your closed for 40 minutes. Bad for business!!

If it is possible to give a zero, I would have. Our experience was terrible. They left out a large fry for one of the meals, the chicken sandwich cold and hard, we asked for no ice in our drinks and got 3x the amount of ice as usual, and the french fries were like cardboard and cold. Did I forget to mention the service was terrible, and fast workers want 15 plus dollars an hour, if I was McDonald's I won't pay it.
