Best Hardee's experience I've had in a very long time. Manager was upbeat and energetic and her enthusiasm carried over to the crew. Had a Frisco burger that was absolutely outstanding. Will revisit this location next time I am in roebuck centerpoint area

ATTITUDE ATTITUDE ATTITUDE!!!!! BAD! Everyone is blaming the work shortage. But you have to have better people with a better attitude and not be mad at everybody. Pull your pants up, hair needs to neat and clean, brush your teeth. Overall I know hiring is bad, but you put out what you put in. You hiring sorry people you get sorry results. I would rather have two people who care than to have people with a bad attitudes. Management should do better. A lot of the manger are mad as well. I'll work for you and show you how it's done.

They need a manager that can put a sence of urgency into the staff. Its faster to go to waffle house or any other sit down breakfast restaurant than to eat here. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad how every "fast food" restaurant in this area is pathetically slow and terrible.

This morning the line was wrapped around the building. I waited an hour but, you could see they didn’t have many workers on duty so I understand the wait. My food is always hot and neat when I come here. The staff is always friendly too. Prices getting a bit out of control though

I was never served, so I just drove off. I'm glad that I wasn't very hungry. I sat at the drive thru for several minutes. I didn't see anyone at the window when I drove around.

For them to be the only Hardee's that is near me. I'm glad to go there for Breakfast some times. They always give me great customer service. The food be like I requested it.

I order from this store through DoorDash for breakfast. Yesterday I ordered a second time and the store told them "someone already picked it up", so the driver took my food marked it for delivery and never dropped it off which DoorDash refuses to refund me for Now today, like multiple times before, they aren't on my app and I'm being forced to pay MORE for food coming from another city while they say they are online and open and doordash says they aren't. This is ridiculously horrible service.
