Qdoba Mexican Grill

First time to this place and received the worst experience ever. When I went to order food, Tamika was giving me an attitude. Apparently she didn't hear me even when I pointed at the bowl. I ignored her attitude and continue with my order. When we finally got to the last condiments (sour cream bottle), she purposely threw the sour cream filled bottle to the other bottles after she squeezed some onto my bowl. Like threw the bottle, like a child, with an attitude. Luckily the lady that checked me out was nice. I was going to leave but decided to sit down. The place was dirty. Empty tables weren't clean. I will never go to this place again and will not recommend people to go. This kind of service will never be tolerated in my place of business.

Echoing the same reviews posted recently. This just occurred. Lunch time, store is filthy. Employee is sloppily making the guys order in front of me. I counted 4 other employees working at the same time but none of them assisted me. Had to wait for the employee to finish with the guy in front of me. Making my order when a long white piece of paper? Or something is in the pinto beans. She had to throw my order out and I just had to walk out. I recommend staying away.

Clueless management. While providing what is otherwise decent fast food, the store is woefully mismanaged. I showed up today and yanked on the door to find it locked. There were customers inside ordering and eating, so I knocked on the door thinking it was accidentally locked. The person behind the counter completely ignored the knocking. When the person at the register got their order, the cashier let the person out and locked the door again. Didn't even respond to my question asking what is going on. The customer had to do that, telling me that they were understaffed, so they decided to close. Hadn't anybody had enough sense to post a sign on the door or something? I can understand having to deal with staffing woes, but practice a bit of customer service, please.

Honestly, I love ordering take out via DoorDash with you guys. Was said sarcastically. When ordering just keep in mind it's a suggestion. They don't really follow what you want on your meal. They will put what they feel they want to into your meal. And they seem to always be "out" of ingredients all the time. How convenient. I suggest who ever does the purchasing be fired. Or demoted to mopping the floors and cleaning the toilets. It's a chain how can you under purchase your products? You should all pretty much have the same standards of selling and purchasing ingredients. It's really upsetting when your starving..and had an extremely long day and when you order your take out for it to completely be so far wrong it's not even worth calling and complaining. Honestly the biggest strike you can do is just not dine there and leave a negative review. DoorDash however was amazing. Food arrived still warm and the driver was super polite and friendly. Keep that up DoorDash!!
