They need to watch the temperature for hot food. It's danger zone. I bought pizza before, also steak bake and today as well always cold.
Very bad experience. A white old lady was there and she was behaving so rude. Chill, lady. We are paying, you are not serving for free. Literally, age is just a number — some people never learn manners in their entire life.

Lots of reviews about "Hot Food" Greggs cooks frozen stuff in the oven, They then put it in the counter. If you're lucky, it's still warm from the oven. But they dont keep the food warm. They're LED lights, not heated lamps. Hope it helps
