Beautiful fresh cakes,pastries and bread daily. Sometimes can be a little pricey,but well worth it. You can eat inside for a small charge. Lovely fresh baguettes,many different types. Also sandwiches. Wedges,crisps etc. They do offer a meal …

The food here is lovely. But best if you can get the pasties, sausage rolls hot as they come out of the oven. They do have a seating area in both of the Chelmsley Wood Greggs. But the one in the actual shopping centre is only a small shop. …

Disappointing place to visit. Foods good but there is ALWAYS a queue. I won't wait for a sausage roll. Give it a miss now and use other hot food outlets. Stars got the food only. No stars for the wait!

Really rude staff. Called to ask a question, was lied to and she promptly hung up the phone. Would name and shame but she didn’t say it on the phone which makes me think she does this alot.

Service is good and food nice the seating area in this one makes the shop to cramed wouldn't want to sit in as on the main walk way for people coming in and out makes the shop very small would just keep this one as a takeaway. Have the big on by Asda that has a good seating area.

Do you remember when you could get a pastie or sausage roll for next to nothing. Well not anymore because greggs thinks they're now a restaurant and now charge ridiculous prices for something that has always been historically cheap. If you want a few pence back from a fiver for a sausage roll then I recommend greggs.
