I go once a week on the way to visit my dad in his nursing home. It's always busy but staff are friendly and efficient. Everything I order is always what you expect from Gregg's. Great value

Cappuccino was excellent but on this occasion my cheese and onion pasti was Luke warm which is odd because usually it's excellent. But no bother Ive always loved Bragg's sorry Gregg's.

Very good value and somewhere to sit indoors very polite staff. Unfortunately they don't warm up food I had a pizza and had to have it cold nice so nice on a cold day

The comfy feeling and the welcoming atmosphere in Greggs is not comparable to any other similar stores. Their Mocha is home-made compared to the machine-ready ones.

Theresa and China made my experience, absolutely lovely ladies to start my day with. They had an AMAZING attitude, they were very lovely people and greeted me with a warm welcome and lovely smile. They definitely have made this my favourite Greggs in Birmingham, I will be coming back xxxx

I went in to get some hot food for a homeless person and the lovely young man behind the counter wouldn't take any payment.
He brought the order out to me when it was ready and there was even a drink and cake for me. All on the house. Thank you Greggs for your thoughtfulness and generosity. X

Friendly staff with lots of choice. The staff are happy to recommend alternate products if the one you want isn't available. The only thing that I marked this down for was that the pasty and sausage roll were very cold. Made me wonder how long they had been on the shelf for.
