This has to be my best dining experience in Birmingham. Where do I begin! The food was delicious and flavoursome. It genuinely was something iconic and different. The service was beyond excellent, particularly Ammo who sorted us out and gave us complimentary drinks. I will most definitely be returning and will welcome my extended friends.
Stopped off here after a family trip with the family.. probably the best customer service I had in a long time. All the staff are amazing! Food was delicious and great portions too. Defo coming back!

From the moment i walked in, i was greeted by the a friendly staff member called sadia and the amazing ambiance. The decor is modern and chic, and the lighting is just perfect. It's definitely a great place to take pictures for your social media.
But let's talk about the food. Chickaros has an amazing menu that features a variety of dishes that will satisfy any palate. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or savoury, Chickaros has got you covered. I personally recommend their signature dish, the Chickaros burger. It's juicy and flavourful, and the fries that come with it are crispy and delicious.
If you're a fan of chicken, then you definitely have to try their chicken wings. They're crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The buffalo sauce is just the right amount of spicy, and the blue cheese dip that comes with it is the perfect accompaniment.
But Chickaros isn't just about the food. They also have an amazing drinks menu that features a variety of mocktails, and other beverages. I personally recommend their mojito, which is made with fresh mint and lime. It's the perfect drink to cool you down on a hot day.
One thing that really sets Chickaros apart is their amazing staff. They're friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you have a great experience. I had the pleasure of being served by sadia, who was an absolute delight. She was very kind and helpful, and she made sure that we had everything we needed.

This restaurant is a MUST GO in birmingham, the food portions are a lot, the service is immaculate and the service is incredible especially with things like dry ice. The food prices are extremely good in terms of me saying that the food is worth the price. What id recommend is the chicken breast with their signature cheesy chips. Mild wasnt spicy but maybe thats my tastebuds, so if you want a kick maybe go for volcanic
Amazing service, amazing food and amazing drinks. The portion size was very good and the food tasted fresh and full of flavour. The mojito's were nice also, not amazing but satisfying enough.
Seating downstairs isn't the best to be honest. Food service time was very good also. They took the initiative to take our orders first while we waited for an empty table to help reduce the wait time which was very good. Would definitely recommend.
Went on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. Ordered nachos for starter followed by their speciality Chickaro's chicken and my partner had the Philli steak burger.
The nachos came the portion was meant for one but could have fed a whole family of four but I have to say tasted yum and we did our best devour as much as we could. Similarly the mains where very generous portions.
A special mention to the young waitress who seamlessly was managing the restaurant front of house. We where very impressed with her hospitality.
Overall, definitely worth a visit with family and friends especially if you are into sharing is caring vibes.
The customer service from saadiya was absolutely amazing at the ladypool road branch. From the minute we got there she was warm and welcoming and got us settled down right away. She made us all feel so comfortable and was so helpful by constantly checking up on us and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her service made our time at the restaurant so enjoyable and we will definitely be back there thanks to the amazing saadiya.
