Finally visited after driving by every evening! Loved it😋😋😋. Had the 'Ferroro Rocher' tray- definitely 'lush', 😆couldn't eat it all, kindly asked if I could take the rest away- no problem. We also had the mint cookie dough, also 'lush'😆. Will be visiting again soon! Visited again: Waffles & Sundaes😋😋 Ice cream take out😋

Presentation is perfect all the time, food is always fresh and high quality. I recommend this Dessert place as it’s unique to all other places due to its modern furniture and neon signs inside but also how they present each thing they give to customers. Portions are very good sizes from what you pay to!

Me and my friends had desserts here this evening and there's only one word to describe the service and the food - AMAZING. I was served by two helpful staff members: Nazneen and Immy. Their service was really good. I ordered a Lotus Milkcake which tasted fresh and was the right flavour and consistency. This isn't the first time I've been here, I came a few months ago and was served by Zahra who was also really nice with amazing customer service. My go to place for desserts in Brum!!!

I’ve tried many different dessert shops in and around Birmingham and can honestly say this one is the best dessert places for taste and presentation. I would just like to give a special mention to the waitress that served us. Her name was Nazneen and she was so polite and helpful. She went above and beyond for us making sure we were satisfied with our food every so often. I also want to thank the waiter Immy who topped up our hot chocolates with extra marshmallows just because he wasn’t satisfied with the presentation. THIS IS TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE.

Visited during the opening week. Friendly staff with great food which really hit the spot. Definitely worth a visit and be sure to leave enough space as the waffles are very filling. 29 flavours of ice cream should mean you can find the right one for you. Special offers on a Wednesday mean certain waffles and cookie dough are buy one get one free. 10% discount for NHS and services too. Worth a visit .

Came down with my family to try this new dessert shop. A complete upgrade from what it was before! We ordered a his and hers luxury waffle, red velvet milkshake, 2 Oreo doughnuts and a classic sprinkle cake with custard and I have to say I’m not the least bit disappointed. The cake was soft and moist and seemingly fresh. We were recommended the luxury waffle and we were not disappointed. A super hit! The milkshake was one we had never tried before and my daughter loved it, a cake in a milkshake is something new. Finally the customer service was really good as it was all done with a smile:) Overall 10/10 and would definitely recommend.
