Lovely friendly staff and owners, great fresh food with lots of choice, delicious milkshakes. Reserved a table today for my mum's birthday lunch and had a lovely surprise of a slice of cake with a candle given to my mum thank you so much it was a lovely thought. Would highly recommend this lovely place x
Well if I could give u more then 5 stars I would I love this place and if u not tried it why not best place around food out off this world and coffee to great staff but the people that own this place are so nice to talk too keep up all your good work xxx
I can't fault this place in the slightest, we were in need of something to eat and Albert's was definitely a great choice at random!
The food was fabulous, the staff friendly and the food came out very quickly.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the area.

Alberts is located in the edge of Bishop Stortford and easily accessible for a meal before you fly from Stansted Airport.
There’s a great choice of food, including vegan and vegetarian options.
Great service and good value.

Lovely cafe. Nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. I bought a bacon sausage egg and hash brown baguette with a coffee. Reasonably price and the food was banging. It's definitely the best cafe/takeaway for miles around. I would add a photo, but it got demolished straight away

Really nice cafe, visited twice through work. Once at Christmas 2022 and recently, both times we were served promptly, by friendly staff who accommodated even the fussiest eaters (no tomatoes, mo mushrooms etc). Reasonably proced, although certain items are quite expensive. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent little cafe serving cakes, drinks and snacks. Friendly and helpful staff and tasty food. My cheese omelette with salad was perfectly cooked and presented. Well worth a visit.
Lovely place - have only used once or twice as takeaway as cafe is always too busy to sit in when I go. Feels quite claustrophobic and they need somewhere out of the way for takeaway customers to wait - they could do with a bigger shop! :)
On a visit from Wales and have been here a few times! First class service from all the lovely staff and first class food everytime xx

My daughter and I went to Albert's today.
Food and drinks amazing........
In my daughter's words " I want to marry the chocolate milkshake..."
Really good service waiting staff friendly.
The owner took time to come and say hello to us......OUTSIDE in the cold......cafe was too busy and noisy for my daughter who has Autism, he checked if we was ok or needed anything.
So friendly nothing too much bother.
There was a constant flow of customers for both dine in and takeaway. When I went in to pay the food looked so fresh again staff very friendly.
Highly recommend.
