Went for the full English, they do have an ultimate which is bigger and then a smaller version. Egg cooked to perfection, bacon and sausage were superb. "Black pudding' - well every time now some mentions these words I get a flashback of this breakfast. It was so so so so tasty.

Brilliant food, excellent service, super quick and certainly worth the price.
Had been stopping at this Welcome Break Birchanger few times before and I didn't love it until I tried the food at Harry Ramsden's. All though there's huge selection of fast food restaurants in this place, don't think any other is actually worth the money you need to spend to eat. Fish and chips - classic, not really expensive and brilliant, and lucky I ordered the smallest option - I'm a big eater and I struggle to finish it.
No more just a toilet break at Birchanger - now it's also a Harry Ramsden's break.

Very good lunch . We had a small portion and it was plenty. The young man who served us was pleasant and had a smile throughout. His name is Daniel and he is an excellent ambassador

Fresh fryed fish-n-chips cant beat them Harry ramsden's in birchanger services coffee or tea can be busy at peak times with travellers passing through on holiday weekend's but usually a steady flow of customers so chips and fish are always on the go and not sitting unnecessary in the heater cabinet

Went for the large cod and chips with extra chips as we were hungry. It was so big I had to ask for a box to take it away! Awesome fish and chips and just what we needed after a week in Provence and coming back hungry... Great friendly service too. Highly recommend a stop if you’re passing by, and the parking is good too.
