Tea'se Me Cafe

Definitely the highlight of the street, the coffee is splendid. They were out of avocado for the chicken salad but replaced the avocado in the dish with some great sweet potato fritters. Staff are friendly and cooperative to any request. Prices are extremely competitive and great value for what you get. Can't wait to come back again.

An instant favourite Cafe for me. Great cappuccinos. Very good atmosphere... Love the wall decor. Warm, friendly staff. Free WiFi (but took a few attempts to get on). Comfortable, spacious indoor and outdoor seating. Very good location in quiet suburban area. Parking available in car park or on adjacent streets.

Get there early! We tired to go there for 2 days, even though the Sign said it’s open till 4 we got there at 3.45pm and was told the coffee machine has been cleaned and they are closed for the day. The second day we arrived at 2,30pm and was told kitchen closed at 2 so no more hot food only what’s available in the cabinet - which is fine my daughter really wants to play there so we stayed. Ordered 2 ham cheese toast for the kids, I tried the second serve and it was so dried and wasn’t great. My chicken pie was ok, the caramel slice wasn’t great it was quite oily. They start closing very very early. Won’t be going back, the first day we ended up at the cafe next door to it which was still serving food at 3.45pm and was packed, drinks and food were great there!

Daughter and I arrived at 11.00am on Sunday 02/12/18. Ordered a single coffee and two biscuits to take away, walked out at 11.35 with no coffee, no biscuits and no refund. As we exited, another family who'd been sitting at their table for the duration also left, having not been served either. Not sure if this is a once off because of staffing but only saw 1 person in attendance, working till, tables and coffee machine. Regardless - disappointed and will not be returning.
