Really nice Farmhouse Inn pub/restaurant. Staff very welcoming, food great, drinks excellent. Kids area, booths, tables, great selection and usually in school holidays kids eat free- upto 3 kids as well!

Seated next to a bunch of screaming children.
Food was basic, cheese and bacon burger had a single rasher of streaky bacon. Dumped 9 forks, 9 knives and 9 serviettes on the table before the food came, don’t worry I’ll sort my own condiments out cheers!

We had carvery (@16:15) very disappointing - beef very tough, Turkey dry, Yorkshire pudding was like rubber , stuffing was very mushy and bland - vegetables where drying out - saving grace the gravy was good.
