Dog friendly, my dog was offered a puppuccino by a member of the staff!
Food is better and cheaper than Bob&Berts just down the street, although Starbucks feels like a staff canteen rather than a coffee shop, it's OK, service is not bad, wasn't a busy time, but I was still called out wrong, b6 my name on cup? So what's the point of the name thing, OK it's a small thing, but making the customer feel valued isn't.
I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for the past few days while visiting Blackpool. Every time I went in the staff was super friendly, no matter who served me or what time of day it was. This Starbucks is also well maintained, clean, and has an overall good atmosphere. The drinks are prepared the way you’d expect them. Plus and wifi are working fine.
My girlfriend and myself got served by Emily. She was so nice, welcoming and made us drinks which were made to perfection which is quite refreshing compared to other coffee shops we’ve visited. 10/10 service , quick and fast.
I ordered drinks here but the dragon fruit refresher was very watery and had to much ice. Had to take it back for more syrup but should have asked for it to be done again but with less ice. Service was good though.
This place has been refurbished over recent years, it now feels a whole lot more airy, more space for families with prams. I called in on a Saturday afternoon, was served quickly and only had to wait 5 mins. I like the range of none dairy options and plant based food, great if you have people in your party with dietary needs. Will go back again 👍

For the love of Pete, carpet the floor or something. This was the loudest Starbucks I've ever been in, but not in a good way.

Amazing staff! I arrived at 7:50 after reading the store opened at 7:30 to find it still closed. A staff member came outside and explained that they cannot always open early due to deliveries, which I completely understand. The staff member offered to serve me regardless, so that I didn't miss my bus. The drinks are always perfect and service is amazing!!
