Bought Mcflurrys for my grandaughter and myself and it was curdled which made us both sick through the night. We only had a couple of spoons before we noticed it had gone off but we were vomiting all night from it

Absolutely shocking experience this morning. Ordered 2 breakfast rolls with NO egg and both came with egg even though it stated on the wrapper NO egg. Also ordered 2 sausage and egg muffins and only received one. If I wasn't already home before checking the order I'd be demanding a replacement or money back. How difficult is it to read an order off a screen and get it right. Just a good job I'm not allergic to egg.

Food was fine if a little cold, ordered on app for delivery and mcflurry was missing. Customer services pointed to uber eats since they did the order. Wasn't worth the hassle for £1 or so. Better off going in to pickup, at least you can check it before hand

My last two visits to the drive through, I've had to park up. The first occasion I waited for 20 minutes, my food did atleast 2 laps of the car park. My reg number was wrongly written and my food cold. My second visit, today 07/06/2022, I waited and watched everyone around me getting served. After waiting for just over 20 minutes, I asked where my food was? After a total wait of around 30 minutes my food arrived with an apology from the girl delivering, again my reg was wrongly written down and again the food cold. I am ,to say the least, pretty cheesed off with this terrible service. Only once before ,many moons ago I had a complaint in a different location, one item missing, and they replaced the full order with an apology from the duty manager. That's customer service!

**Food Never Arrived**
After 2hrs of the update claiming the driver was at the restaurant waiting to collect the food it was eventually updated to say delivered (it wasn’t) Disappointed with the service of all three, we are are 2mins down the road, but heavily pregnant after a long day and broken oven, thought we’d have a nice treat. I had contacted both the restaurant and Just Eat, to ask if we could either collect the food as it was claiming it had yet to be collected by the driver or cancel the order, as I wouldn’t be able to eat anything that eventually arrived past that point (with bump), due to food hygiene concerns as we had no idea, how long the food had been left out or where it had been after so long. Both made it clear they weren’t interested in helping to rectify the issue, so I might as well have thrown £30 in the bin and avoided the stress in between. Not planning on using either any time soon in future

Went there last night and waited a while for food, when it final came the fries where really cold and we had the wrong coffees, one of the staff couldn't even work out what type the coffee was!! To me it seems they are more interested in serving the drive through and the delivery drivers first, while those sat inside have to wait while there food goes cold!!!

If I could put no stars I would! Service was shocking! I was ignored at the counter. My food had been given to another customer and after waiting 30 mins eventually given my order it was cold! I asked for a refund and was short changed! The staff were having a lovely time chatting away what on earth has happened to customer service!!!
