Mcdonald's

The food was freshly made. I went through the drive thru asked for ketchup, I had to wait for my order in one of the designated spots. Of course they forgot the ketchup so I went in and almost fell because the floors were very wet from the humidity. The floor is gonna take someone out. Other than that it was fine.

I ordered apple pies and cookies on the mobile app. When I arrived, the front counter wasn't being covered and after I had the attention of an associate and gave him my order number I thought it was being processed. 15 minutes it took for pies and cookies. I normally don't write a review because I work in customer service but this time was definitely needed. Not the best service at all! And the worst thing is after speaking to the manager I doubt it will even change. Smh

Look, I'm mostly past the negative reviews part of my life, but I found a wireless earbud in my small child's happy meal. 🤢 It had earwax on it. I didn't see this while I was there, I opened the box at home. I called to see if something could be done, the employee I spoke to was really focused on my bringing in the earbud. She kept saying that an employee was looking for it. She CALLED ME a few minutes later to ask when I was coming in. I spoke to someone who claimed to be management the next morning, who was also extremely focused on whether or not I'd be returning the earbud. Later a regional supervisor called me and told me measures were being taken?! I don't care about that, I just want my money back. Somebody should have offered that the first time I called. I would put up a picture of the greasy, waxy earpod, but that really wouldn't prove anything. Just take it from me: Happy Meals are a kid treat that also makes my evening easier, but now I'm not doing that again! There are many fast food options in this area where you probably won't find a dangerous biohazard that's just the right size for a kid to eat inside a meal intended for a kid. Try one of those instead. 🙂

I am dissatisfied of how my order was handled by the supervisor or who ever is the lead on this store. I ordered on the app so I can pick it up in the store, unwittingly I did not bothered to look inside my daughte's happy meal box. After opening my daughter's happy meal box while my wife is checking one item is missing so I called the store letting them know that I am missing an item and asking if they can refund it back to my card suprisingly the supervisor told me that they can't refund it. I am telling you this, the store supervisor doesnt know what she's doing and her customer service sucks.
