Shalimar Indian Cuisine

Worst Indian food I have ever eaten. Watery, bland and the vegetables tasted like they came from a $2 bag of frozen stir fry vegetable mix from coles. The potatoes were floury and mushy. It was as though the curry was cooked a year ago, put into a freezer and then reheated upon my order. Despite being worse than a frozen meal cooked by someone’s caucasian grandmother, it took a very long time to be ready for pickup. I hope that the people who have given this food 5 stars, branch out of blackwood and go taste some real Indian food. This ain’t it.

Ordered take away ( butter chicken and madras chicken )after dining in many times and also after having take away many times and being really pleased. Was very disappointed tonight. Was as though the recipes were completely different , chicken thigh meat, curry sauce almost as though taken out of a can....disappointing. Please employ your normal chef and order your normal chicken ! Cheese naan was also very disappointing. Don't understand why this place was so great and suddenly so poor. ...
