The food was delicious and tasted homemade. There was an excellent selection of quiches, some delicious looking sausage rolls, which I'll be sampling next time, among other things. An amazing array of homemade cakes to tickle your taste buds!! Lamingtons is run by Mark and Mohammed who are both deaf. They made us feel so welcome and we're extremely good at teaching us sign language. A fantastic place to visit!!

Stopped off for a coffee on our cycle from London to Brighton, couldn't have asked for friendlier or more forthcoming service. We had all different kinds of coffee (all with speciality milks) and all of them were perfect, our water bottles were refilled and we were even provided plasters for a few ride-related injuries. Lamingtons is the perfect spot for a pit stop - well-positioned on the high street with a lovely seating space out front, great facilities and the friendliest manager you could ask for!

Absolutely hidden gem! I spotted this place by chance and what a lucky chance! The staff very friendly and welcoming! Atmosphere of the place is like movies, very pretty! Service speedy and with care. The cakes; absolutely delicious, the carrot cake is best I have ever had! I will be visiting every time I go Bletchingley.

Wow! So much to love about this place. Lovely little tea room in the village. Pre-booked their afternoon tea (for a Saturday) – glad we did because it’s clearly popular!. Once seated we were offered a glass of non-alcoholic prosecco - a nice touch. Onto the main event – the afternoon tea platter was loaded with beautiful savoury sandwiches, scones and cakes…….my goodness the cakes/deserts were amazing!. Tea was served in proper tea pots with bone china/porcelain cups and saucers – perfect! My friend and I couldn’t eat everything (there was so much!) but they kindly gave us bags to take the remaining cakes home with us. The guy running front of house was so friendly & helpful! I will definitely be going back – looking forward to trying a slice of the banana bread I spotted in the display counter - one of the many cakes I might add! Deelish!

What a fabulous, friendly, cafe. It is much more than just a cafe. The owner (I think) went out of his way to make the four of us feel so welcome. All the food and drinks are lovingly prepared on site and served in/on classical bone china tea service. The sandwiches, soup, panini and cakes (pear & ginger and carrot) were all delicious and created and served with a real attention to detail. The beautiful village setting added to the sense of having travelled back in time - all the better for it!!
