A very busy store we went here with our family. The staff were hit and miss we ordered via the app. My Son and Daughters got theirs quite quickly their number was called, but mine and my Husbands well I don't know what the problem was, we waited and our number wasn't called. When my Husband went to the counter to ask were our food was the lady was quite rude and said you have to come to counter and ask 🙄 strange considering nobody else had. On the app you have to say you are in store which we all had but there you go. The food was perfect, it hit the spot after the awful couple of weeks we were having.
Every time I have gone the drive through has been extremely quiet and the service and collection has been very quick. Food is hot and burgers are full with lettuce and tomatoes making it bigger than other fast food restaurants. The fries are chunky and salty and I especially love the cheese bites as they are less expensive and you get more per packet than other fast food franchises
My family had the double bacon plant based whooper meal. They use the beyond meat range, and they were amazing. The price was extreme, but for a one-off celebration, it was worth it. The chips portion was small, but drink and burger made up for it.
Service wasn't the best, which caused delays as they needed a manager to rectify a problem with our order. The attendant wasn't rude, but there was no interaction other than "next please".
The place was clean, toilets were clean. I'm glad we went at a quiet time as the tables were close together, but we could squeeze through with a buggy.

I get it that people dont want to work in these sort of jobs and its often a stop gap but try and show a bit of passion. I worked at Maccys straight after uni and loved every minute of it because we made it fun. Place was dead yet the restaurant was trashed. Got accused of not spotting the (empty) napikin dispenser and obviously ruined someone's day by asking for napkins. Either cheer up or work somewhere else.
Good clean restaurant. Not too busy during our visit. The food was all cooked fresh so it was all lovely and fresh.
Tried out the Burger King in the retail park in Bognor Regis during a few days in the town.
Nice and clean. Friendly team. Order taken and received very quickly.
Almost empty in my visit, so plenty of free tables to hand.
Food good, although not that warm. But then again I find that's an issue in any Burger King.
Never know why the burgers are always just tepid.
Did find it strange they had no screens to self Order as you find them in any other BK 👑

Lived here 13 years now, visited periodically throughout this time both eating in & drive thru. Used a QR code on a packet of Doritos recently to get a free whopper meal with another meal purchase. Apparently I already had a BK log in 🤷, now I have the BK app & daily it has offers which I "put in my basket" & it generates a code....but the code only lasts 5 mins, so I do this on arrival, & then either join the drive thru to give the code or go inside to use. This is helpful, as BK isn't cheap. Staff always helpful, food always good, service mostly quick. Pretty clean inside, not always full. Open till 11pm most nights. Small car park.
Amazing food and the staff are very kind and welcoming. 10/10 service will be coming back again
Hey its a burger and it's from Burger King, what more can I say. Its better than the dry McDonald's one you can get further down the road.
