There are always missing items in my order — I end up waiting 30–40 minutes for something that’s not even there, and I’m still hungry in the end. I don’t understand how it’s possible to not be able to pack an order properly. They should really hire someone to check if everything is included.
What sort of business, opens at 7 but you can't buy anything? The shelves aren't stocked and the staff say "we've only just opened".. open later than! Went in at 7am to grab food on the go.... nothing there. Bad business.
Sometimes they shut between 2-4pm randomly without giving any reason other than “sorry we’re closing now”. It’s definitely not a case of low supplies as the last time it happened (12/6/24) their cabinet was fully stocked. Bit of a piss take to close at 2 for no reason when they’re meant to be open until 8pm tbh
Second time when about 10-15 minutes before 11am and they are not serving breakfast anymore. That's really bad! I left because I wanted to have the egg and bacon baguette but no luck. This Greggs is definitely not a good one!
Ate so much food I'm really greedy
Staff are nice, friendly and quick. Even with a queue it goes fast. Shame about the pizzas as I've ordered on 4 occasions and they're always cold/below lukewarm which is a shame. Sausages rolls the cold ones are peng. 3.5 star rating
