I have highly expected for milk tea, which didn't disappoint me. You always keep a high standard, and still brown sugar milk tea is my favourite! The shop has a chill and casual vibe. It's really nice to get a drink, chit-chat. They have a variety of choices. I have to queue, but the staffs are super nice. Even though there is a long line, the drink is prepared in 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

Best drinks with great vegan options and good with food intolerances if you ask staff. Only problems I've had is with English girl serving quite abrupt - mannerisms were noticed twice now on two different occasions. Other than this, rest of staff give fantastic service and are very accommodating even on busy days :)
The bubble tea tastes amazing 🤩 I brought my two young girls the other day and they loved them! Definitely recommend. The customer service is also excellent.👍

The guys an girls are super lovely except the English girl she is very sarcastic and when orders were coming through she wasn’t happy she has a bad attitude and needs to be told!
Great service and they made good arrangement of social distancing. Love their Sweet and Black Savoury tea. Really superb drinks.
