I really miss Dhanmondi - I've moved about 50 miles away and haven't really found a comparable Indian restaurant in my local town. A particular favourite of mine was the Shobzi (Veg) Jalfreizei for which I've never found even a close replacement.

Absolutely fantastic food yet again the Lamb is amazing. Great friendly service and always made to feel welcome. Always willing to accommodate your requirements. Felt a little cold in there last night but was -1 outside. Another great evening with a tremendous meal.

I never leave reviews and this is my first time doing so,I just want to take the time to thank everyone at Dhanmondi for a fantastic meal. I have family visiting and we were all so impressed. It was quick, hot and delicious. Couldn't have picked a better option. Thanks again

Super place. The food is excellent and service second to none. Kind and courteous staff. Celebrated a big birthday of mine there and was over the moon for choosing them for the venue. All the guests loved it. I highly recommend.

We ordered for the first time on Saturday and we were so impressed, some of the best Indian we have had in a long time, everything was so fresh and the flavours just incredible, the chapatti is just the best! we loved it so much we had it again on the Sunday! Highly recommend

Ordered a take away for the first time and honestly, the food is stunning. I have high expectations of food and I must say this was probably the nicest Indian I have ever had!!! The pilau rice was incredible, such flavour from everything!

We visited here on a Saturday evening, after booking ahead as we suspected it might be busy. We were the only table in there to begin with. However over the course of our meal the restaurant filled up, creating a very nice atmosphere. Very attentive and friendly staff. Able to adapt to out needs, even providing us with an extra onion bhaji as they usually come with four however we were a party of 5! (they overheard us joking about it). Good authentic food with a large menu to choose from. We will definitely be returning. This is quite the hidden gem.

Great Indian! Perfect for take away or eating in. Atmosphere is great, the staff look after you so well! Nothing is too much trouble. I’ve had countless birthdays here and will continue to do so! Food tastes amazing. Really recommend it!

My partner and I have been going to this restaurant every Tuesday for 3 weeks now …. It is the best service and the food every time is amazing. Would not go anywhere else, worth every penny! ❤️

Nice intimate atmosphere perfect for our anniversary dinner. Staff were attentive but were also happy for us to sit and talk for a good long while after we had finished our meals. Indian food was very good, highly recommend both the garlic and cheese and chilli naans. Wine selection was good too. The only disappointment was the dessert which was of the frozen mass produced variety. Edible once it defrosted enough, just disappointing after such good starters and mains. Irish coffee was also very good, so maybe just skip dessert!
