Second visit to the Anchor today first time eating and we were not disappointed the food was really nice fresh and very tasty .. the service was second to none our waitress Millie was so helpful patient and informed nothing was too much trouble … fabulous pub the refurbishment is high quality great place to visit highly recommend

Ridiculous wait...1 hour 20 mins to serve the food. Waited 20 mins for our drinks to come and we had to chase this up. 2 hours and our dinner plates were still say there and no one asked if we wanted a desert... Really disappointed and not what we expected.And we booked for 2pm not a walk in customer

Brilliant pub, fabulous bar staff and a great landlord making for a really friendly village atmosphere with beer prices just right and good people chatting away - love it

Very nice little local pub. Real fire at one end made it really cosy and comfortable. Friendly staff and good selection of beers.

Fabulous authentic village pub with a warm welcome and good choice of beers. Landlord Marco is excellent and runs a tight ship.
