The best chips I've ever eaten hands down, crispy, fresh, hot, flavourful and not even remotely greasy. I haven't tried the fish but the chicken kebab meat I had was delicious. Service with a smile AND they serve Ben Shaw's bitter shandy in the fridge. Highly recommended.

Best fish and chips in Bourne - lovely batter on the fish, and the chips were properly cooked, unlike other places I've been to locally.
They cook their chips properly as well, so you don't get the pale, half-raw garbage I've had from other places.
I have to add, now that I've tried it, that the chicken donner meat is possibly the best I've had!
Had to update this as we've used this chippy since we moved to Bourne 7 years ago after trying a couple of others locally, and the review saying that they overcook their chips is absolute nonsense. Unless you're a lover of the previously mentioned half-raw garbage we've had in other chippies locally....

Very good service, chips were excellent! Fish was huge for a medium, hate to think what size a large piece would be, but the batter was thick and crispy on outside but soggy inside so didn't eat the batter but the fish inside was well cooked and tender, so only taken off 1🌟 for the soggy batter.
Very high quality fish cooked to order and the portion size of the chips was enormous, in some ways that was a pity as they were so good but I couldn’t eat them all, anyone passing through Bourne or anywhere near this place needs to get here, you won’t be disappointed!
