Ny Salt Beef & Bagel Co.

I've ordered from this restaurant many times through Deliveroo and never been disappointed in the slightest. Most recently I tried the pastrami - I genuinely think it's some of the best meat I've ever tasted. Whenever I feel like brunch I'll always order here, the food has been excellent and next time I may have to pop in just to tell them how good the good is! If you're put off by the 1 star reviews, don't be - there can be so many issues with Uber Eats and Deliveroo that unfortunately small businesses like this one often take the brunt of a poor customer experience, which can be devastating to their bottom line. Trust me and try them - you'll honestly be back for more! Thanks for always serving me delicious bagels!

I ordered from here a little while back, and thought the food was decently tasty for the price, although clearly well-short of the authentic NY Salt Beef experience that is advertised (in which I am well-versed, thanks to my five years spent stateside as a low-level mafia enforcer). Nonetheless, I enjoyed the food. What really makes NY Salt Beef and Bagel Co a 5* experience is scrolling through the customer reviews while you await the arrival of your order. I don't know who's running the online face of things, but they deserve a raise. Never in my life have I come across an individual who was so immune to criticism, and I used to crack skulls for Al Capone! Fantastic work, please continue providing your service to the community.

Excellent food. Ordered the NY special, gourmet burger (AMAZING), mozz pesto panini and avocado bagel. £20 for 2 + £1.50 del. Received in good time after we phoned after an hour wait, they checked their website and birthday requests fulfilled (happy birthday on the boxes) can't wait to order again, but stuffed now... Edited 15/03/21 to add: We did order again. I and Matt Walker live in the same house. We are not, as you suggest 'lying students' and after we notified you of your website adding a discount code your tone changed, your website would no longer accept orders, and you refused to pick up the phone to us. We are appalled at your behaviour, tone and attitude and will never be recommending your business in future. P.S. calling customers 'knobheads' won't get you anywhere.

We placed an online order, and we are so pleased with our experience. The order arrived quickly, and was beautifully packaged. Everything was fresh and delicious. An overall exceptional experience! Salt Beef Bagel was so good. I never tried something like this before. No need to go all the way to New York to taste all the good food

Really great little deli in the arcade in. Burlington Arcade. Great Salt Beef. Even had it delivered. Great portion of saltbeef and nice portion of mustard with pickle. Excellent value for just over a fiver. Amazing quality saltbeef. Very nice owner of the business. Great New York cheesecake too. I'll be back!!
