i really don’t get the negative reviews.. we first entered at a round 3 and we were seated straight away. we waited around 10mins for food. the food is definitely good, not amazing, but still tasty. the £11 for fish and chips isn’t bad since it includes chips and mushy peas in the price. staff is friendly and the cafe is a very central location. again i really don’t understand the bad reviews because i’ve been here a few times over the years and it still hasn’t disappointed :)

Absolutely lovely place to eat and drink...staff were very welcoming, provided excellent service throughout. My only complaint was when we received our bacon baps it came with a piece of butter on the side of the plate and a knife! the waitress said there's butter there if you wish to have it. Could you tell me why anybody would want to remove the hot bacon from the bap! and what with? surely this should be asked when purchasing.
