It is not even 8am and no one in there so no clue why they needed my name. Anyway. The guy making my 2 coffees was too busy talking and put my coffees infront of me. Did not tell me which was which. Thankfully I am not lactose intolerant because if I was I’d have a nasty surprise later…. Do better
It was very quiet when we went so nice and tidy and quick service. Family friendly with a good selection of drinks, with plenty of non coffee options, and some lovely bakery items with vegan options. I find it particularly kid friendly with things like cake pops, cookie straws, chocolate coins and lemonades and hot chocolate etc.
Clean and tidy. Staff absolutely amazing. Was served by Caitlin such a lovely young lady happy to help and always smiling and energetic. Noticed other customers very demanding and difficult… it’s just coffee calm down they must just be annoyed they have small penises… staff dealt with it amazingly.
Been coming here for ages, and will continue to come here for ages. Staff are amazing, great young guy used to remember my name and made the experience very personal, don’t believe he works there anymore. Lovely Hungarian woman in pink apron makes AMAZING drinks, very friendly and very fast. Would defo recommend.
Drinks are constantly good at this location and Westbourne is a lovely place and the shop has great lighting which gives it a wonderful atmosphere.
