I came in and had a really nice, maple, hazelnut latte. The service could have been friendlier. But the coffee was good and the place had a nice atmosphere.

Nice coffee shop, the Costa coffee is not great and also served in ridiculously huge cups, coffee should be served in a small cup, otherwise it's ok.

We have been going to Costa Coffee in Kinson (Bournemouth) for a couple of months. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much for them.
My friends, my Husband and I meet for coffee ☕️ in there every other week. Sometimes more often!! I am lactose intolerant and the staff, all of them, always make sure every drink I have is totally lactose free. The only negative is that the only alternative to dairy is Soya, which I usually have, even at home.

A lovely cafe style Costa, with plenty of seating. It normally has a full selection of the usual items a costa has available. Only ever seems to be two staff working, but they work fast, are lovely and make great coffee.

Kinson Costa is an oasis, you can kick back & relax. Plenty of choice for different coffees, good selection of cakes & snacks. Apparently their cheese panini is worth trying. As always friendly & helpful staff. Quick service considering they were very busy. Unusual for them, i had to ask for a knife & tissue. Love their tiffin (most of their other cakes are hard to resist) with my americano. The staff work hard, not easy on such a hot day. They take the covid rules very seriously, wiping everything down etc.
