Toilets are horribly wet and toilet roll is also loose no holder or dispenser. Waffles are amazing and served very hot with loads more cream than sprinkles too. Vanilla Ice cream is very nice also but only given a small amount . Decoration is very pink and sparkly but the seats are comfy. There are a lot of uncleared tables though for a place that seems well staffed. They could smile more and check to see if everything is allright. They give the impression of table service by seating you at a table but you get none of the accompaniments such as people checking on you or taking your order as you have to do that at the tills. Overall I will come back here because the food is good. Just don't expect restaurant quality table service or any quality service for that matter just a very nice meal.

THEY ARE NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED.........IT APPEARS THAT THEY HAVE CLOSED. SHAME. IF THEY REOPEN HAVING A PET FRIENDLY SECTION WOULD HELP WITH REVENUE STREAM. DOG OWNER'S LOVE TO STOP FOR SNACKS AND DRINKS!!! We got asked to leave, as we had a small dog with us. The first employee said it was OK, as the dog is small, well behaved and sat quietly under the table. They came along a jobsworth employee and asked us to leave. What a shame, as dog friendly they would get more business. They could be dog friendly. There are dog friendly cafés and restaurants in Boscombe and Southbourne.
