I went with a friend on my birthday on a Saturday night. The restaurant was so full, it was my first time here in this restaurant. We had booked a time still we had to wait in a queue for almost 15 minutes, people who came in without pre-booking had to wait for an hour or so. The cost was £20.99 pp and they asked us to pay upfront. The drinks are extra and they also charge a discretionary service charge of 3%. The food was good, they had variety in sea food and chicken. There were also options for vegetarians. There was no live counter and they had good options of desserts. They also celebrate birthday but I think it has to be pre-planned with their management.
Really liked the customer service, prompt and very polite, and the meals were really good for the price. Also had a good area for photos. I'd give my experience at least a 4 star.
Best world buffet around! Amazing selection and is actually authentic food. Fair price for the service and quality of food. Very clean and modern inside great dining experience at this establishment. 10/10
