Always love the staff in this branch, smiling and remember the regulars. If I was to go greggs now I’d probably buy either a Mexican chicken baguette or a Cheese and bean bake. Then I’d get a mocha or can of coke and a box of yumyums because I always want moreeeeee

Friendly staff and they usually have the vegan options. They just don't always open on time so I can be waiting outside in the morning for up to 10 minutes

Came for breakfast while on holiday and preparing for the Air Festival. 8.30am as ever I really fancied a Greggs pizza, asked if it was possible to have one & I was so happy to be told yes I could if I didn't mind waiting 8 minutes for it to cook. That is what I call customer service and going the extra mile. The lady serving me was friendly and polite and it was a great day that started in the best possible way.

Had everything cooked and ready to buy. The food was hot and tasted good. The only annoying thing is when you buy Tottenham cake the icing gets stuck to the cellophane packaging and then you end up with just sponge 😐 they need little mini boxes for the desserts like that.

I dont like not leaving 5 star reviews 98% of the time I've gone to this Greg's it's been great/ great customer service and good products for the value....
But the last few times I've been served by a lady called Heather who obviously doesn't like the job or hates people in general, her personality and her greeting is awful and needs a lot of work, I don't normally write bad reviews without visiting a venue more then 3 times but I've been served by this lady 3 times and on the last time I visited I had a overwhelming feeling of dread listening to her uncaring and lackluster approach to customer service. She my be great behind at other things but dealing with the public she has the personality of someone who's given up in life, which then reflects badly upon the image of Greg's as you can tell she doesn't want to be there.
Maybe she needs to find a job elsewhere or find something what would make her happy.... but she personally obviously doesn't want to work there.

Morgan who works here was fabulous! Give him a raise! Im pregnant and rather hormonal he was friendly and actually helped my grim day become better. He is brilliant at advising and giving allergen info he also is super positive and upbeat he works fast and efficiently #morganneedsaraise
