Foodhall review: small but mighty,this foodhall is always great it just got a make over which left some customers gasped at what marks and spencer food-hall can fit into such a small space
Love their coffee shop it has good food and the coffee is great too. The food hall is well stocked . They have a good selection of houseplants and cut flowers. Popular magazines and papers are for sale. The beauty department is quite small. Men's wear has a really good selection of casual and formal wear as does the ladies clothing.
Today I had a consultant with Sham regarding the clothing fittings. Sham was attentive and friendly. She delivered great customer service. My whole time with her was a positive experience.
Food section is fabulous, always something new to try out Today I bought a Ficus Tineke plant and a sourdough loaf
Excellent Food Hall, always a good range of products. Friendly staff and some long serving ones. Good range in Men’s Wear. Cafe pleasant. Overall a great store.
Really good store in broadway bradford. I loved for man 's suiting good quality in reasonable price. Beautifull setup every section is properly designed. All over two floors. Helpfull staff and really polite . good customers service. Must recommended

The staff in the cafe are absolutely lovely!! Kind, friendly and so helpful. I've been coming here with my toddler since the week he was born and they can never do enough for us. They are always so lovely to him when we come for lunch and equally they are always helping elderly people with their tables and to carry their food. Brilliant and the staff are what makes it!
Sadly couldn't say the same for general lazy management. I've watched them sit, chatting and drinking coffee whilst there are queues and staff are fun off their feet. Poor show from them!!
Love the cafe here, heathy options food and plenty of veggie choices.
Also, great view of the shopping centre from the window tables, where you can watch the world go by - people watch!
Coffee here is good, they know how to make a flat white (unlike costa!)
Some really lovely stuff in marks sparks specially over the Christmas season.
Foodhall is set out lovely and very easy to work your way round and find every thing you need.
While in today I used the self scan and they was a very polite pleasant man working on there greeting people and saying goodbye it's a nice touch when staff are like that with customers.
