I’ve been ordering and eating from here since I was little and the food has never been disappointing. I’m defo not writing this while I’m about to order from here again 😂 but over all the fish and chips is worth it and the masala fish is full of flavour. I trust them with my food 100%

To be honest, there isn't a place in bradford that gives your big portions of tasty succulent juicy food like these guys. Their sauces are amazing! Very homely takeaway, good value for money, and good customer service!

Very nice for a family dinner out! Fresh food, big portions, just wish the chicken donner was less spicy. The burger bread was nice and soft, the chicken burger tasted really nice. Fish & chips were top class. Quick service too. Will stop by again!

Barkerend fisheries is a place that caters to many needs. They have an extensive menu with plenty of options for everyone.
The fish and chips are very good. Crispy batter with succulent fish, amazing donner kebab that's juicy, well seasoned and comes with a slight kick. If you love spice and that's not enough, these guys' chilli sauce is absolutely amazing. It comes hot and goes perfectly with the donner kebab.
The burgers are brilliant, decent pizzas (try their special) and their masala fish is to die for.
Barkerend fisheries is a great option for when the family doesn't know what they want.

I eat from here when I fancy a naughty calorific munch, I mostly walk in and order. I phoned in once and the man answering didn't understand what's mild and what's hot chilly. And served a killer spicy panini.
However despite the misunderstandings, I rate them 5* because I love the fact the muslim gentleman says "I start in the name of the Allah Most Gracious Most Merciful" everytime he serves, which for me is truly a blessing.
I mostly purchase fish and chips, fish butty, scallops, fried chicken, donner, paninis, curry sauce, mint sauce. Enjoy.

Good quality food with large portions making it great value for money. There is limited parking on the main road. The only negative is the internal seating requires some updating - it is a tad dated and plasticy
