Smells of sewage as soon as you enter. I waited 15 mins for a coffee even though it was quiet. There was a stain on my coffee lid... Ew. I finally got to my destination and took the lid off of my coffee to find OIL BUBBLES floating in my coffee. I didn't even drink it. Waste of time and money.
Ordered a delivery. Big arch had no sauce (threw in the bin before I thought to take a photo), fizzy milkshake, donut instead of muffin. How hard can it be to get an order right. NOT VERY is the answer!
Always being told to park up and wait for my drive through food. When I say always I mean 10 out of 10 visits even if I just ordered a happy meal. Why?!
Worse McDonald’s I’ve been to. £1.40 uplift for a regular latte or cappuccino? Nowhere else does this much, proper joke. Food colder than my nan who’s been 6ft under for 6 years, will gladly not visit again. Friendly staff though.
Order food through the drive-through told us to park up and forgot about us waiting 25 minutes then told us the drinks machine wasn’t working and then our food was cold so went back in and had us waiting another 20 minutes. Never coming back here again.
It was an absolutely awful experience. My Big Mac was absolutely covered in Big Mac sauce the buns were sliding and the sauce went all over my hands, making it difficult to eat. My mozzarella dippers had hair on them. Absolutely appalled at the service and quality of food. Will not be coming back.
