Del Frisco's Grille

Prices don't match the food. Their $52 Rib Eye steak tastes like something I can cook up on my own on a skillet. Steak was clearly not bought from a butcher shop, but from Walmart or something. If the price was $30, then it would have been good, but for $50+ I expected more. Roasted broccoli was burnt and bland. Service was excellent.

Service was decent on New Year’s Eve. A couple things wrong with what we ordered but it was fixed with ease. Staff was friendly, everything was pristine and clean. Hostesses were attentive and not on their phones or distracted- all staff was dedicated to their jobs! I got the Lobster with a side of Mushrooms. The only disappointing thing is the a la Carte sides. I wish at least one side came with the $30-$60 entrees you order. This is a corporate complaint and not a specific location complaint though. Overall great experience.

Food and atmosphere are consistently good here. They're still working their way back on the staffing, it seems. We enjoy the patio, and it's a great place to grab drinks and a bit when it's just the two of us. We like it for lunch, too, with clients. Shrimp Cobb is a great salad and the ahi tacos are fun.

The waiter was good but he kept telling us they were running out of happy hour appetizers that we were trying to order. I ended up ordering 2 appetizers, one to eat there and one to go. When I got my bill, one of the appetizers was rang at regular price. The waiter explained that you can't get the happy hour rate on to go appetizers but he failed to tell me this up front. The manager came over and said she would ring the appetizer at the happy hour rate since I was not made aware in advance. I appreciated this. I ordered the burger and fries. The fries were cold. I ate half my burger and when I got the other half home, realized it was pink in the middle as the waiter never asked me how I wanted my burger cooked. May go back again to give them a second chance.
