Outback Steakhouse

Probably the worst service I have experienced at any Outback location. We came in with a party of 10 on Easter Sunday to a mostly empty restaurant. Multiple items came out missing sides. All three of the blooming onions we ordered came out looking burnt. Multiple entrees also came out cold, despite the apparent low volume of tables being waited on. Most of the wait staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to be there, much less care about their tables. Stacks of dirty plates were left to simply sit on our tables despite multiple visits to our tables by our server in which they could have been cleared away. BASIC server responsibilities. I tried ordering a beer, only to be informed that half of the available selections were out of stock, nor could my server provide me with even the most basic information about seasonal selections. One would think that they would know this information and be able to adequately convey it to a guest. Absolutely Poor standard of service. Whoever the expo person is that decided it was okay to set down a piping hot plate of French fries in front of a toddler without so much as a warning to either adult sitting on either side of him that the plate was hot needs to have their head examined. Absolutely unacceptable!! I’d have asked to speak to a manager, however judging by the overall experience up to that point, management doesn’t seem to be engaged in actually running the restaurant. Those things being said, I like the food and the service when it’s done right…but this was just ridiculous. Will not be returning to this location.

Great experience! When I walked in the door, I was hit with the wonderful smell of good food. The service was the best of anywhere I've been in the past 3 years or so. I had a new smokey drink that was really good and the bloomin" onion was done just right. Everything was great! I need to go here more often.

Almost a must for me when I'm in de US, my visit to outback was once again a pleasure. The staff was friendly and personable. As I'm currently traveling alone, that made me feel less alone, and as such added to my experience. The food is tasty enough and the portions are (for a dutch person at least) huge. If you're looking for a good steak at a decent price give this place a try. Good for solo, family and everything in between type visits.

OUTBACK TRAIN YOUR COOKS BETTER. I'm sick of this. I ask for well done steak and I even explain I can't eat red meat/pink meat or will get deathly sick. I take my first bite, I immediately know it's messed up. I absolutely love outback but I will not be eating here anymore. I Spend 66$ for my order I expect better then this.

Had dinner with 4 others. The food was underwhelming. The waitress was nice, however our drinks were refilled only once as we were boxing up our meals, and the steak portion was minuscule (they were also well done when asked for medium). I was equally surprised to find a carrot in my water glass. It was not the worst I have ever had yet I would not return.

Very odd experience. Positives- the hostess was very sweet to us. Negatives- once we were sat down the waiter came and talked to us 4 different times without taking our order or getting us drinks. After we ordered, the food took ages to come out. Once we got the food is where it gets bad. My steak was so over seasoned I started coughing and couldn’t swallow the bite. I ordered medium rare and it came out with the center cold. Very undercooked. My girlfriends steak came out and was cooked correctly but was unfortunately salted so much you couldn’t taste anything besides salt. After getting the food the waiter didn’t come around for so long we went and got someone to send the food back. We aren’t picky people and hate wasting food but it was inedible and couldn’t eat anymore and left. After leaving we both had an upset stomach for the next few hours. The first time I ever left a restaurant that disappointed. Sorry for the bad review but I’d hate for someone to spend 60 dollars on sub par food for 2 people
