Overall the staff is very helpful and food is always great. I work at the tractor supply office right down the street and my order is always ready for pick up when I arrive. The store itself is very clean overall and the outside is well kept. If you try to place an order for pickup avoid busy hours they have 3-5 people working but due to the location they have a lot of businesses around them that all have their break at noon. CJ and Robert are two employees I always enjoy talking to when I go by to pick up my food.

This is typically my favorite place to order subs. I ordered a delivery today and spent $33 with fees. I had to throw away my roast beef sub. It had so much vinegar and oil and pepper spread on it it was not edible. I spent extra money for extra roast beef. Very dissapointing. Just tried to call to speak with the manager but no answer. It's only 5:55 pm. They say on website they are open til 7. I would like someone to contact me fir a refund.

Very disappointed. Horribly over-salted. I got the Kahuna Cheesesteak and the meat was inedible because it had way way way too much salt. I had to throw away more than half the sub. Whoever is managing this shop needs to re-train the cooking process. The customer service was good and friendly though. If you go to this location, I recommend getting a cold sub instead as it's harder to mess up. Go to Cool Springs location if you want a philly/hot sub.

My experience was terrible. The mobile ordering for this location didn’t work. And upon having to redo my entire order, I received my sandwich. THEN WHEN I BIT INTO IT, i looked down and saw a hair and found a hair IN MY MOUTH as well. Then, while trying to get a refund, they took a long time and then checked AGAIN to see if there was even a hair after not believing one of their own employees.

Great sandwiches. Can’t be said about the older woman manager. She has always been condensing and acts like everyone in the store is an inconvenience to her, including staff members it seems. As a customer who is in for 10 mins, I should not have to see any petty drama. She also asks what we want on sandwiches in total, then forgets what and asks again..why ask for all toppings if it’s instantly forgotten. Customer service training needs revisited.

Sandwiches are great. Can't say the same about the staff. I go in there often because I work close. The same woman has made my sandwiches numerous times. And to be honest I just wish she wouldn't be the one. She has told me on atleast 3 seperation occasions that when I order I'm "all over the place". Whatever that means . And just comes off rude. Like as in I don't know how to tell her what I want on my own sandwich. She's not friendly. And quite frankly makes me uncomfortable which is strange because it's a sandwich shop.
